摘要
通过潜在失效分析,对车身可能出现的质量问题预测;其次,将所有可能出现的原因分类整理,绘制因果图;然后,运用5M进行解决,并运用统计工序控制方法对各阶段进行控制。
Through the potential failure analysis, the quality problems that may occur in the vehicle body are predicted. Secondly, all the possible causes are classified and the causal map is drew. Then, the 5M is used to solve the problems and the statistical process control method is used to control each stage.
