摘要
基于团队认知视角和团队心理视角,探讨共享型领导的触发因素。研究结果表明:共享心智模式、团队信任会触发团队共享型领导的产生;成员关系强度在共享心智模式和共享型领导之间具有跨层次的正向调节作用,成员认同感在团队信任和共享型领导之间具有跨层次的正向调节作用。
Based on team cognition perspective and team psychology perspective, the triggering factors of shared leadership are discussed. The results show that shared mental model and team trust will trigger the generation of team-sharing leadership;membership strength has a cross-level positive adjustment role between shared mental model and shared leadership, and member identity has a crosslevel positive adjustment role in team trust and sharing.
