城镇化与房地产业发展水平协调度研究

国家社会经济的不断进步与发展,促进了城镇化水平的快速提升。城镇化水平高低,反映着社会经济的发展层次。作为与城镇化发展有着密切关联的房地产业,同样取得了长足进步。如何协调城镇化与房地产业发展二者之间的关系,成为业内广泛关注的焦点问题之一。基于此,本文首先介绍了城镇化进程与房地产业发展的关联,分析了其中存在的多方面问题,并结合实践经验,提出了城镇化与房地产业互动协调发展的有效对策。

The continuous progress and development of the country's social economy has promoted the rapid upgrading of urbanization. The level of urbanization reflects the level of social and economic development. As a industry closely related to the development of urbanization, the real estate industry has also made great progress. How to coordinate the relationship between urbanization and the development of the real estate industry has become one of the focuses of the industry. Based on this, this paper firstly introduces the relationship between urbanization process and the development of real estate industry, analyzes the various problems existing in it, and combines practical experience to propose the effective countermeasures for the coordinated development of urbanization and real estate industry.
