摘要
作为与消费者直接交互的一环,生鲜配送服务质量直接决定了客户满意度,提高配送服务质量已成为当前线上生鲜电商或线下超市是提升竞争优势的重要手段。本文通过构建生鲜配送服务客户满意度的影响指标体系,利用因子分析法确立主要影响因素,并以此提出生鲜配送服务质量的对策建议。
As a direct interaction with consumers, the quality of fresh delivery service directly determines customer satisfaction, and improving the quality of distribution services has become an important means to enhance the competitive advantage of online fresh ecommerce or offline supermarkets. This paper establishes the influence index system of customer satisfaction of fresh distribution service, uses factor analysis method to determine the main influencing factors, and proposes countermeasures for the quality of fresh delivery service.
