Development and Preparation of Special Powder for Additive Manufacturing

金属增材制造是近年来发展起来的具有信息化制造技术特征的新型材料加工技术。其中专用粉末的制备是增材制造工艺中最为关键的一个环节。国内外知名企业与研发机构纷纷开发不同成分、不同规格的专用冶金粉末项目并应用于航空航天、生物医学等增材制造典型制造领域中。基于此,本文研究增材制造专用粉末的开发前沿发展以期应用于更多行业中。

Metal additive manufacturing is a new material processing technology developed in recent years with the characteristics of informatization manufacturing technology. The preparation of special powder is the most critical part of the additive manufacturing process. Well-known enterprises and R&D institutions at home and abroad have developed special metallurgical powder projects with different compositions and specifications, and they are used in the typical manufacturing fields of aerospace, biomedical and other additive manufacturing. Based on this, this paper studies the Frontier development of the development of specialty powders for additive manufacturing in order to be applied to more industries.
