摘要
当前邹县发电厂四台燃煤汽轮发电机组承担电网调节任务的压力越来越大,快速调整负荷的瓶颈问题突出。本文分析了当前邹县发电厂参与调峰的四台发电机正常运行方式定、转子典型故障,并对深度调峰时发电机定、转子热膨胀差值进行计算分析、评估,判断定、转子绕组热膨胀差值是发电机深调的主要限制因素。本文的内容为适应深度调峰的燃煤汽轮发电机优化和改进提供了确切思路,为保证发电机参与深调的安全可靠运行提供有益参考。
At present, the pressure of four coal-fired steam turbine generator sets of Zouxian Power Plant to undertake grid adjustment tasks is increasing, and the bottleneck problem of rapid adjustment of load is prominent. This paper analyzes the current normal operation mode and typical rotor failure of four generators involved in peak shaving in Zouxian Power Plant, and calculates and analyzes the difference between generator stator and rotor thermal expansion during deep peak shaving, and determines the stator winding. The difference in thermal expansion is the main limiting factor for the deep regulation of the generator. The content of this paper provides a clear idea for the optimization and improvement of coal-fired turbine generators for deep peak shaving, and provides a useful reference for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of generators participating in deep adjustment.
