摘要
水浴式汽化器应用于石化、天然气等领域的石油裂解、汽化液态天然气、液氧、液氮等气体。现有产品由于结构设计存有缺陷,导致换热效率较低,时显空泡腐蚀、蒸汽流量波动等弊端。对此,本文将对其结构设计技术进行研究探讨。
Water-bath vaporizers are used in petroleum cracking, vaporization of liquid natural gas, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and other gases in petrochemical and natural gas fields. Due to defects in the structural design of existing products, the heat exchange efficiency is low, and the vulcanization corrosion and steam flow fluctuations are obvious. In this regard, this paper will study its structural design techniques.
