摘要
目的研究铁牛七Aconitum szechenyianum Gay.的化学成分。方法铁牛七80%乙醇提取物采用正相硅胶、半制备高效液相色谱柱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为8-O-methylaconine(1)、8-O-ethyl-aconine(2)、8-O-ethyl-14-benzoylmesaconine(3)、苯甲酰乌头原碱(4)、N-甲基苯甲酰胺(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、棕榈酸(7)。结论化合物1~4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from Aconitum szechenyianum Gay.. METHODS The 80% ethanol extract from A. szechenyianum was isolated and purified by silica and semi-preparative HPLC column, then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 8-O-methylaconine ( 1),8-O-ethylaconine ( 2),8- O-ethyl-14-benzoylmesaconine ( 3),benzoylaconine ( 4),N-methyl benzamide ( 5),β-sitosterol ( 6),palmitic acid ( 7). CONCLUSION Compounds 1-4 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
