摘要
目的研究猴头菌Hericium erinaceus(Bull.) Pers.-青蒿Artemisia annua L.生物转化物的化学成分。方法猴头菌-青蒿生物转化物75%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱、重结晶进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为5α-豆甾-3-酮(1)、(22E, 24R)-啤酒甾醇(2)、3α-羟基脱氧青蒿素(3)、异莨菪亭(4)、nodakenetin(5)、(+)-lomatin(6)、(+)-tert-O-methylbyakangelicin(7)、5, 7, 4′-三羟基-3′, 5′-二甲氧基黄酮(8)、蒿黄素(9)、quercetagetin-3, 7, 3′, 4′-tetramethyl ether(10)。结论化合物5~7为首次从猴头菌丝体和青蒿药材中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from the biological transformation of Hericium erinaceus(Bull.) Pers. and Artemisia annua L..METHODS The 75% ethanol extract from H. erinaceus and A. annua biological transformation was isolated and purified by silica, Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as 5α-stigmasta-3-one(1), cerevisterol(2), 3α-hydroxydeoxyartemisinin(3), isoscopoletin(4), nodakenetin(5),(+)-lomatin(6),(+)-tert-O-methylbyakangelicin(7), tricin(8), artemein(9), quercetagetin-3, 7, 3′, 4′-tetramethyl ether(10).CONCLUSION Compounds 5-7 are isolated from H. erinaceus and A. Annua for the first time.
