摘要 为了提高锌铬涂层性能,研究了有机硅基封闭剂封闭工艺。考察了封闭后涂层的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性、硬度等性能,综合评价了有机硅基封闭剂的封闭效果。结果表明,锌铬涂层表面有机硅基封闭剂最佳工艺参数范围为固化温度300℃,固化时间25~35min。封闭后锌铬涂层耐腐蚀性提升66%,耐磨性提高了24.2%,但涂层硬度无明显提升。 The sealing process of organosilicon-based sealant on the surface of zinc-chromium coating was studied to improve the properties of the coating. The sealing effect of the sealant was researched by comparing the improvement of the corrosion resistance,abrasive resistance and hardness of the coating. The result shows that,the optimum parameters of the sealing are as followed:curing temperature 300 ℃,curing time 25 to 35 minutes. On that condition,the corrosion resistance improved 66%,the abrasive resistance improved 24.2%,but the hardness had no significant improvement.
