人工智能的伦理困境探讨

Discussion on the Ethical Dilemma of Artificial Intelligence

人工智能就是让机器或人所创造的其他人工方法或系统来模拟人类智能。人工智能发展迅速,在为人类带来福祉的同时也带来了若干伦理方面问题,诸如隐私伦理、公平伦理、责任伦理以及主体性伦理等。针对以上伦理困境,提出了相应的解决思路:规范伦理原则,借鉴国际已有的伦理准则,总结适合我国的伦理原则;限制人工智能,一方面限制人工智能本身,另一方面限制人工智能的范围;明确责任归属;明确价值导向以及健全规章制度。

Artificial intelligence is the simulation of human intelligence by other artificial methods or systems created by machines or people. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, while bringing benefits human beings, it also brings about several ethical issues, such as privacy ethics, fairness ethics, responsibility ethics and subjectivity ethics. For these ethical dilemmas, this paper puts forward corresponding solutions: standardizing ethical principles, drawing lessons from the existing international ethical standards, summarizing the ethical principles suitable for our country;limiting artificial intelligence, on the one hand, limiting the scope of artificial intelligence itself, on the other hand, clarifying the responsibility attribution;defining the value orientation and improving rules and regulations.
