患者对人工智能医疗的认知及信任度调查

Investigation on Patients’ Cognition and Trust in Artificial Intelligence Medicine

目的了解患者对人工智能医疗的认知和信任度情况,并分析其原因。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对重庆某三甲医院446名患者进行现场调查,并用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果大多数受访者认为人工智能医疗会给患者带来好处(91.26%),同时也会带来新问题(81.61%);对人工智能应用于临床医疗,患者接受度和信任度最高的是医疗后勤环节,其次为医患接触较少的医疗辅助环节,在诊病、做手术等医疗核心环节,人工智能介入的工作越多,占据的角色越重,患者的接受度和信任度反而越低;形成梯度信任的原因,主要是患者对人工智能医疗缺乏深层次了解,对其安全性、易用性及沟通能力等心存担忧和怀疑。结论患者对人工智能医疗有一定认知,对它的接受和信任尚处于浅层次状态。

Objective: To understand patients’ cognition and trust level of the artificial intelligence (AI) medical treatment and analyze the reasons. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 446 patients in a Three-A hospital in Chongqing, and statistical analysis was carried out with Excel. Results: Most respondents believed that AI medical treatment would bring benefits to patients (91.26%) and new problems ( 81.61%). For the application of AI in clinical medicine, the most acceptable and trustworthy part of patients was the medical logistics link, followed by the medical assistant link with less contact between doctors and patients. In the core of medical treatment, such as diagnosis and surgery, the more the AI involved, the important the role AI played, the lower the acceptance and trust of patients. The main reason for the formation of gradient trust was that patients lack a deep understanding of AI medical treatment, and were worried and suspicious about its safety, ease of use and communication ability. Conclusion: Patients have a certain knowledge of AI medicine, and its acceptance and trust is still in a shallow state.
