在医学大数据使用过程中安全与共享似乎不可调和,一味强调数据安全或共享,会走向两个极端,阻碍相关科学的发展和进步;而数据共享时绕不开伦理审查。如何在满足安全和伦理的要求下,实现数据互联互通和共享,是当前亟须解决的问题。在分析医学大数据使用过程中安全和伦理问题的基础上,探讨数据安全与共享的关系,提出在不断完善安全技术和法律法规的同时应加强伦理审查和监督,来实现数据互联互通和共享,使医学大数据的使用效益最大化,以加快我国医疗大数据产业化的发展。

In the process of using medical big data, data security and data sharing seem irreconcilable. Emphasizing data security or sharing will lead to two extremes, which will hinder the development and progress of related sciences. Data sharing can not evade ethical review.It is an urgent problem to be solved that how to achieve data interconnection and sharing under the requirements of security and ethics.When analyzing the use of medical big data, on the basis of safety and ethical issues, this study explored the relationship between data security and sharing, and proposed to strengthen ethical review and supervision while continuously improving security technologies and laws and regulations to achieve data interconnection and sharing, to maximize the use of medical big data, in order to accelerate the development of medical big data industrialization in China.
