Discussion on the Ethics Training Function of Ethics Committee

在系统梳理国际重要伦理指南和国内主要伦理法规对伦理培训相关要求的基础上,对伦理委员会的培训定位进行解读,从能力提升的角度探讨伦理委员和研究者培训应坚持的理念,呼吁多方责任主体共同参与伦理培训,强调系统化的伦理培训对于伦理审查能力建设的重要意义,以期为当下的伦理培训提供参考。

On the basis of systematically reviewing the relevant requirements of ethical training in important international ethical guidelines and major domestic ethical laws and regulations, this paper interpreted the training orientation of ethical committees, explored the concepts that ethical committees and researchers should adhere to in training from the perspective of capacity enhancement, appealed to multi-responsible subjects to participate in ethical training together, and emphasized the importance of systematic ethical training for the capacity building of ethical review, in order to providing reference for current ethical training.
