易术心理剧对丧亲者的干预过程及疗效探讨

The Intervention Process and Curative Effect of Yishu Psychodrama on the Bereaved Person

目的弘扬中国传统文化和中医思想,拓宽丧亲者干预新路径,提升丧亲者身心健康水平。方法采用质性研究方法,研究丧亲者的干预过程和疗效。结果丧亲者的哀伤反应形式不同、表现多样,易术心理剧后用于丧亲者的干预效果显著。结论易术心理剧可在丧亲者的身心健康中发挥更大的作用,使更多个体身心获益。

Objective: To promote Chinese traditional culture and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) thought, broaden new ways of intervention for bereaved person, and improve their physical and mental health. Methods: Qualitative research method was used to study the intervention process and curative effect of bereaved persons. Results: The mourning response of the bereaved person was different in form and manifestation, and the intervention effect of the psychodrama used for the bereaved person was remarkable. Conclusion: Yishu Psychodrama can play a greater role in the physical and mental health of the bereaved person and benefit more individuals physically and mentally.
