超富铁锰锌铁氧体二峰温度计算模拟与设计验证 被引量:1

Calculating simulation and design verification of the second peak temperature of iron-ultra-rich MnZn ferrites

摘要 通过对有限实验数据的计算模拟,给出了适用于本试验室的超富铁锰锌铁氧体材料二峰温度经验计算公式,新计算公式明显异于常规锰锌铁氧体材料的。分别进行了二峰温度在100℃、140℃、室温附近的不同主配方验证试验,证实了新计算公式在本试验室的适用性,并给出了可在其它试验室、生产线或者其他配方范围应用的通用方法。 Empirical formula for secondary peak temperature of iron-ultra-rich MnZn ferrite materials suitable for our laboratory was given by calculating simulation of limited experimental data. The new formula is obviously different from that of conventional MnZn ferrite materials. Iron-ultra-rich MnZn ferrite materials with secondary peak temperature at room temperature, 100 ℃ and 140 ℃ were prepared by adjusting main component to verify the formula. The results confirmed the adaptation of the new formula of secondary peak temperature in our laboratory. And the general method was given for other laboratory, production line or other formula range.
