摘要
设计了一款工作在V波段、带宽为8GHz的宽带小型化波导隔离器。根据隔离器要求的工作频带宽和外形尺寸小,通过对其工作模式分析,采用高阶模工作方式突破该频带隔离器的材料限制,改善V波段隔离器的带宽和性能;对结式环行器三角台阶匹配与圆台阶匹配原理进行分析,应用不对称匹配设计方法进行设计,建立初步仿真模型,并通过HFSS软件进行全波仿真优化。最终设计的隔离器性能指标为:电压驻波比≤1.4,插入损耗≤0.5dB,隔离度≥17dB,外形尺寸仅为30.5mm×16mm×26mm,满足通信系统应用使用要求。
A broadband miniature waveguide isolator operating at V-band and bandwidth of 8 GHz is designed. According to requirements for wide frequency band, small size, based on mode analysis, operation of high order mode is applied to break through material limit to the band isolator, improving the bandwidth and performance of V-band isolator;by analyzing matching principle of delta and circular step, and using asymmetric matching design method, the simulation model is established with HFSS software to realize full wave simulation and optimization. The designed isolator features VSWR≤1.4, insertion loss≤0.5 dB, isolation≥17 dB, and dimension of 30.5 mm×16 mm×26 mm, meeting the application requirements for communication system.
