摘要
介绍了微放电效应的产生机理和条件,以及大功率铁氧体器件微放电效应研究现状。重点介绍了星用大功率铁氧体器件微放电效应的抑制措施,包括设计、材料、工艺及生产控制,以期为相关器件微放电抑制提供指导。
The mechanism and conditions of microdischarge are introduced, and its research status of high-power ferrite devices in China is also introduced. The suppression measures for microdischarge of high-power ferrite devices used in satellites, including the aspects on design, material, process and production control, are mainly introduced in order to provide guidance for microdischarge of related devices.
