构建农村供水合理水价机制初探

Preliminary study on establishing a reasonable water price mechanism for rural water supply

农村供水合理水价机制是保障77万处农村集中供水工程运营收益,促进7.38亿农村居民饮水安全保障可以持续的重要影响因素。针对我国农村供水平均执行水价长期整体低于成本、合理水价机制尚未健全的现状,全面分析了农村供水水价存在的问题及原因,系统提出了健全农村供水合理水价机制的对策措施和意见建议。

The water price mechanism is significant to ensure the income of the 770 thousand rural drinking water supply project and the sustainability of the drinking water safety of the 738 million rural residents. To deal with the problem that the average water price has been lower than the cost and the water price mechanism has not been perfected in a long time, this paper analyzes the problem and the reason in rural drinking water supply, proposes the relative countermeasures and suggestion to perfect the water price mechanism.
