With the rapid development of civil aviation industry,the efficiency of airspace operation has entered the deep water area which is more difficult to improve.As an important basic and strategic resource of civil aviation transportation,airspace has also become a scarce resource that restricts the development of current air transportation,and the intersection of airways is the bottleneck to improve the efficiency of airspace operation.By reducing the complexity of the route intersection,it can cope with the operation of large flow and high density,reduce the operation risk and enhance the support capacity.This has become a necessary link to meet the needs of reality.
