摘要 阻尼网作为试验器重要的整流装置,研究阻尼网的变形和受力具有重要意义。以圆形阻尼网为例,将阻尼网简化成两端固定的悬索模型,利用悬索的抛物线理论和悬链线理论,分别给出了网丝变形曲线方程,并在此基础上给出了最大挠度、网丝长度变化、周边张力和挠度最大处张力之间的关系式,然后分析了网丝长度变化的原因,根据网丝长度变化关系提出了挠度最大处张力的计算方法,为阻尼网的设计提供了参考和借鉴。并以现有某试验器为例,分别计算了抛物线理论和悬链线理论下阻尼网的最大挠度、长度变化和周边张力。 The damping mesh is important flow control device of the tester,It is important to study the deformation and force of the damping mesh.In this paper,takes the circular damping mesh was taken as an example,the damping mesh was simplified into a suspension cable model fixed at both ends.The deformation curve equation of the mesh wire was given using parabolic theory and catenary theory,on this basis,the relationship between the maximum deflection,the length change,the peripheral tension and the tension at maximum deflection was deduced.The reason for the length change of the mesh wire was analyzed,and the tension at maximum deflection was calculated by the relationship of the length change of the mesh wire.It provides reference for the design of the damping mesh.Take an existing tester as an example,the maximum deflection,the length change and the peripheral tension of the damping mesh were calculated separately under parabolic theory and catenary theory.
