摘要
火力发电厂输煤系统粉尘及湿度大,环境恶劣。输煤系统轨道式巡检机器人无线充电系统可避免传统有线供电方式引起的触电及火灾等安全事故,具有很好的应用前景。高频逆变器作为巡检机器人无线充电系统的核心部件,要求具有抗强电磁干扰、体积小、输出功率大等特点,其工作的可靠性直接影响整套无线充电系统的正常工作。首先,从无线电能传输系统的基本工作原理出发,提出了增大耦合线圈之间传输功率的方法。然后,对功率MOSFET的工作过程进行了详细分析,得出实现软开关时逆变器输出电流的滞后角及驱动电阻的详细计算方法。最后,采用软开关技术及集成化的驱动芯片,成功研制出功率容量为5 kW、最高工作频率为 1 MHz的逆变器。经试验测试,逆变器工作频率为815 kHz;当输出功率大于1 kW时,逆变器效率大于95%。
The coal handling system of thermal power plant is facing large dust and humidity,and the environment is harsh.The wireless charging system of the orbital patrol robot of the coal handling system can overcome the safety accidents such as electric shock and fire caused by the traditional wired power supply mode,and has a good application prospect.As the core component of the wireless charging system of the patrol robot,the high-frequency inverter requires strong anti-electromagnetic interference,small size and large output power;the reliability of its work directly affects the normal operation of the whole wireless charging system.Firstly,based on the basic working principle of the wireless power transfer system,a method for increasing the transfer power between the coupled coils is proposed.Then the working process of the power MOSFET is analyzed,and the detailed calculation method of the inverter output current lag angle and driving resistance when soft switching is realized is obtained.Finally,using soft-switching technology and integrated driver chip,an inverter with a power capacity of 5 kW and a maximum operating frequency of 1 MHz was successfully developed.The experimental results show that the efficiency of the inverter is greater than 95% when the working frequency is 815 kHz and the output power of the inverter is greater than 1 kW.
