摘要
公共图书馆是我国社会文化建设的重要组成部分,员工管理制度对公共图书馆的服务质量有重要的影响。文章首先分析了当前省级公共图书馆的激励机制现状,然后以广西桂林图书馆为例,对员工的基本情况和员工的需求情况进行了调查与分析,最后提出公共图书馆在员工激励机制方面应该重视物质激励和职业发展激励,完成员工自我价值的实现。
The public library plays an important role in China's social and cultural construction.The staff management system has an important influence on the quality of public library services.This article firstly analyzes the current status of the incentive mechanism of the public libraries at the provincial level, and then takes Guangxi Guilin Library as an example to investigate and analyze the basic situation of employees and the needs of employees.Finally, it proposes the public library’s incentive mechanism for employees.We should attach importance to material incentives and career development incentives to complete the realization of employee self-worth.
