摘要
针对大型煤制烯烃常用甲醇合成技术普遍存在的问题,着重对合成回路流程进行优化研究,对优化前、后的流程从主要参数、余热回收、年运行效益、投资等方面进行分析对比。通过增加锅炉给水换热器、旋流除蜡器、高温甲醇分离系统、预精馏采用热进料等措施,基本解决了副产物蜡难以在线去除、空气冷却器负荷大、预精馏蒸汽消耗较大等问题。
The common problems existed in methanol synthesis technology used in large scale coal-toolefins plant was studied, focusing mainly on the optimization of synthetic loop. The main parameters, residue heat recovery, annual operation benefit, and investment of the methanol synthesis flow before and after optimization were compared. By adding boiler feed water heat exchanger, cyclone wax remover, and hot methanol separation system, and adopting hot-feeding in pre-rectification system , the problems, such as hard removal of by-product waxon line, excessive load on air cooler, large steam consumption in pre-rectification system , were solved.
