电石渣制粉在锅炉炉外半干法脱硫中的应用

APPLICATION OF CARBIDE SLAG IN SEMI-DRY FLUE GAS DESULPHURIZATION (SDFGD) OUTSIDE THE BOILER

为了减少电石渣对环境的污染,同时降低燃煤锅炉的脱硫成本,将电石渣试验用于炉内脱硫和炉外脱硫。结果表明,电石渣可替代石灰石炉内脱硫,也可替代消石灰炉外脱硫。

In order to reduce the environmental pollution by carbide slag, and decrease the desulphurization cost of coal-fired boiler, the carbide slag was tested to remove sulphur from flue gas inside and outside the boiler. The result shows that carbide slag can be used as substitute of limestone for desulphurization both inside and outside the boiler.
