摘要
目的观察飞行条件下牙科4种常用修复材料的微渗漏情况。方法选取60颗完整磨牙,在4个轴面分别制备相同的Ⅱ类洞型,分别各充填一种树脂。其中30颗置于机舱随机飞行100h,另30颗置于实验室放置相同时间。之后所有样本经过1000次冷热循环,品红染色48h,体视显微镜下观察比较各组微渗漏情况。结果每种树脂在飞行后的微渗漏都会有不同程度增加;在飞行或者不飞行状态下,都是智能牙本质树脂(SDR)的微渗漏值最小(P<0.05)。结论飞行条件下,SDR树脂充填后的微渗漏值较小,可作为飞行员口腔治疗的优选材料。
Objective To observe the microleakage of several commonly used dental restorative materials under flight conditions. Methods A total of 60 intact molars were selected, and type Ⅱ holes were made on the four axial surfaces, with each hole filled with one type of resin. Thirty molars were kept in the cabin for 100 hours under flight condition, and the other 30 were in the laboratory for the same duration. Then, all samples experienced 1000 heat and cold cycles, followed by staining with fuchsin for 48 hours. Finally, stereoscopic microscope was used to check the microleakage of each group. Results The microleakage of each resin became worse after flight;the resin of Smart Dentin Replacement (SDR) had the slightest microleakage under both flight and laboratory conditions (P < 0.05). Conclusion Resin of SDR, with the slightest microleakage under flight condition, is preferable in the oral treatment for pilots.
