教育人力资本对城乡居民收入水平差异性的影响分析

Impact of Educational Human Capital on Residents’ Income Level in China

基于课题组对全国7个省(直辖市)的实地调研,研究了教育人力资本对城乡居民收入水平的影响。研究结果表明:第一,居民的教育程度与其收入水平成正比;第二,居民的受教育程度对城镇和农村居民收入的影响有所差异,且城镇居民的教育回报率高于农村;第三,居民的生活居住地区影响居民收入,且生活在中、东部地区的居民收入高于西部地区的居民收入;第四,居民健康状况越好,则收入水平越高。最终提出,国家应坚持实施“科教兴国”战略不动摇;实施“乡村振兴”战略要重视乡村教育振兴;积极推动健康中国战略的实施。

Based on research conducted by the research group on seven provinces or municipalities across the country,this paper studies the impact of human capital on the income level of urban and rural residents.Firstly,there is a clear positive correlation between the education level and the income level of residents.Secondly,the education level of residents has a different effect on the income of urban and rural residents,and the return rate of education for urban residents is higher than that of rural areas.There is a solid trend in the gap between urban and rural areas.Thirdly,residents’ living areas affect residents’ income.The health status of residents has a positive impact on the income level.The state should persist in implementing the Strategy of Promoting China through Science and Education,implementing the Strategy of "Rural Revitalization".And we should actively promote the implementation of Healthy China Strategy.
