巯基乙酸改性1-羟乙基-2-油基咪唑啉缓蚀剂的合成与评价

摘要 用巯基乙酸对1-羟乙基-2-油基咪唑啉缓蚀剂进行改性,制得水溶性好的咪唑啉缓蚀剂,考察了反应物物质的量比、催化剂硫酸的用量、反应时间、反应温度、真空度对反应转化率的影响。结果表明,当1-羟乙基-2-油基咪唑啉与巯基乙酸物质的量比为1.1∶1,催化剂硫酸用量为1.33%,反应温度为40℃,反应时间为6h,体系真空度为0.06MPa时,所得产物的性能良好。新型咪唑啉缓蚀剂在水中的溶解性与稳定性均良好,采用静态挂片失重法对其缓蚀性能进行评价,结果表明,在浓度为1000×10-6的盐酸介质中,90℃下,6h后缓蚀剂对碳钢的缓蚀率可以达到85%以上。 The 2-(heptadecenyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-1-ethanol was transformed into high water soluble corrosion inhibitor by reaction with mercaptoacetic acid. Some factors affected the conversion rate, such as the mole ratio of raw meterials, the amount of sulfuric acid, reaction temperature, reaction time, vacuum degree were discussed. As a result, the optimum synthesis conditions were as followed: the molar ratio of mercaptoacetic acid to 2-(heptadecenyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-2-imidazole-1-ethanol was 1.1, the amount of sulfuric acid was 1.33, reaction temperature was 40℃, reaction tim was 6h, vacuum degree was 0.06MPa. This new inhibitor had better water solubility and stability. The corrosion inhibition of the novel imidazoline corrosion inhibitor was evaluated by static weight loss method, the corrosion inhibition efficiency to corbon steel was above 85% in the mass of hydrochloric acid aqueous solution was 1000×10-6 at 90℃ and 6h.
