摘要
为了保障北京大兴机场线高速运行条件下车-线-网匹配良好及行车安全,达到国务院、交通部关于新建轨道交通线路运营初期安全评估要求,提高运营品质和舒适性,大兴机场线工程在动车调试和试运行阶段引入了动态综合检测技术,针对与行车密切相关的轮轨、弓网、通信信号、路基、桥梁、电磁兼容等联动系统开展动态检测与调试工作,为北京大兴机场线提速研判与验收提供了数据支撑。文章从宏观角度对动态综合检测技术在北京大兴机场线工程中的应用进行阐述,重点对动态综合检测技术及其作用与建设单位组织管理方法进行介绍,以期为同行提供借鉴与参考。
In order to ensure good matching of train bornetrack- overhead contact system (OCS) and traffic safety under the condition of high-speed operation of Beijing Daxing Airport Line, to meet the requirements of the State Council and the Ministry of Communications for the initial safety assessment of newly built rail transit lines, and to improve the operation quality and ride comfort, dynamic comprehensive inspection technology is introduced into the Daxing Airport Line Project in the stage of EMU commissioning and trial running operation. The dynamic inspection and commissioning of wheel-rail, pantograph- OCS, communication & signaling, track structure, bridge, EMC and other interface systems closely related to train running operation are carried out, providing data support for speed-up research, judgment and acceptance of Beijing Daxing Airport Line. This paper expounds the application of dynamic comprehensive inspection technology in Beijing Daxing Airport Line Project from an extensive point of view, focusing on the introduction of dynamic comprehensive inspection technology, its function and organization and management methods of construction companies, with a view to providing useful references.
