基于层次分析法的地铁车辆运行状态评价方法研究

Research on evaluation method of metro vehicle operation state based on hierarchy analytic process

提出一种针对地铁车辆整体及其子系统、部件的运行状态评价方法,其基于日常检修和运营数据,建立车辆运行状态综合评价体系,对各项指标进行定量化,运用层次分析法计算出车辆及其子系统、部件的评价得分。该评价方法对于地铁运营单位准确掌握车辆运行状态,优化检修策略具有很好的指导意义。

This paper presents a method for evaluating the running state of metro vehicles as a whole and their subsystems and components based on the daily maintenance and operation data. It establishes a comprehensive evaluation system for the running state of metro vehicles, and various indicators are quantifi ed. It calculated the evaluation scores of the vehicles and their subsystems and components by using the hierarchy analytic process. This evaluation method has a very satisfactory guiding signifi cance for metro operators to accurately understand the running status of vehicles and to optimize the maintenance strategy.
