摘要
城市轨道交通装备产品认证是我国市场准入制度的重要组成。在分析认证理论、国外轨道交通认证的基础上,对我国城市轨道交通装备产品认证的规则中《城市轨道交通装备产品认证实施规则特定要求—城市轨道交通基于通信的列车运行控制系统(CBTC)》规则进行分析和解读。
The certification of urban rail transit equipment and products is an important part of China's market access system. Based on the analysis of certification theory and foreign practice of rail transit certifi cation, this paper analyses and interprets the Specific Requirements for Implementation Rules of Urban Rail Transit Equipment and Product Certifi cation - CBTC.
