增程式发电机斜槽角度的优化分析

摘要 以增程式电机为研究对象,对其定子槽做斜槽处理,分析不同的斜槽角度对于电机的性能、效率和损耗的影响,并通过有限元参数化分析寻求最佳角度。研究结果表明,斜槽能够有效改善电机的电势波形、齿槽转矩,但斜槽角度的选择并非越大越好,角度过大会导致电势下降严重而齿槽转矩也会反弹,应在二分之一槽距角内寻找最佳值。 By using the program-increasing motor as the research object, the stator groove of the induction generator is treated with oblique groove, and the influence of different oblique groove angles on the performance, efficiency and loss of the motor is analyzed, and the optimal angle is sought through the finite element parametric analysis. The results show that the inclined groove can effectively improve the electric potential waveform and cogging torque, but the choice of oblique groove angle is not the bigger the better, the angle of the general assembly leads to a serious potential drop and the cogging torque will rebound, the best value should be found in the one-second slot angle.
