摘要
设计了一种曲柄滑块式破膜机构。首先对破膜机构的结构及工作原理进行说明,然后建立了机构运动的数学模型,在理论上对机构的运动情况进行了分析,最后通过采用MATLAB编程对机构的运动过程进行仿真分析,研究机构在工作过程中的位移和速度等数据。研究结果表明,曲柄滑块式破膜机构能够准确找到破膜位置并完成破膜要求,避免了误划破薄膜的情况。
In this paper, a crank slider type membrane breaking mechanism is designed. Firstly, the structure and working principle of the membrane-breaking mechanism are explained, then the mathematical model of the mechanism motion is established, and the movement of the mechanism is analyzed theoretically. Finally, the movement process of the mechanism is simulated and analyzed by using MATLAB programming, and the displacement and speed of the mechanism in the working process are studied. The results show that the crank slider type membrane breaking mechanism can accurately locate the location of membrane breaking and fulfill the requirements of membrane breaking, thus avoiding the case of film breaking by mistake.
