摘要
通过有限元分析对一新设计烟苗移栽机的车架进行静力学、动力学分析,检测其性能是否符合安全生产的要求。对其进行明确载荷,建立三维实体模型,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench设置相应的条件、进行计算,得到静力学等效应力、等效应变云图及最大应力、应变值,得到动力学六阶模态分析结果。通过对比相关频率,验证车架是否会和其它构件产生共振,为后续的设计和改进提供参考数据。
The static and dynamic analysis of the frame of a newly designed tobacco seedling transplanter is carried out through finite element analysis to check whether its performance meets the requirements of safe production. Firstly, it defines its load, establishes a three-dimensional solid model, applies the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to set corresponding conditions and carry out calculations, obtains static equivalent stress, equivalent strain nephogram and maximum stress and strain values, and obtains dynamic sixth-order modal analysis results. Through comparing the relevant frequencies, it verifies whether the frame resonates with other components, and provides a reference data basis for subsequent design and improvement.
