某型车尿素箱支架结构振动分析及试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对某型车尿素箱支架的强度问题以及在台架试验过程中出现晃动过大问题,运用有限元软件对该支架进行振动分析。根据分析结果,提出优化方案并再次进行强度分析,结果显示优化后的支架整体强度明显优于优化前。最后通过台架试验和耐久试验验证,优化后的支架总成满足设计要求。 Combining Strength and Shimmering problem for an urea box bracket, vibration analysis of the bracket was done. According to the analysis results, the improvement program was proposed, and the strength was analyzed again. The results show that the overall strength of the bracket is significantly better after optimization. Finally, bench test and durability test were validated, and the optimized bracket met the design requirements.
