基于微信平台的延续性护理对中风出院患者日常生活活动能力及血脂的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Continuous Nursing Based on Wechat Platform on Daily Living Ability and Blood Lipid in Stroke Patients after Discharge

目的给予出院后中风患者基于微信平台的延续性护理,探讨该护理方法对中风患者日常生活活动能力及血脂的干预效果。方法选取117例脑卒中患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组59例和对照组58例。对照组给予常规延续性护理,观察组在此基础上给予基于微信平台的延续性护理。干预时间为3个月,比较2组患者干预前后日常生活活动能力及血脂指标。结果干预结束后,观察组患者日常生活活动能力提高幅度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的延续性护理能够有效改善中风出院患者日常生活活动能力和血脂水平,促进患者早日康复。

Objective Stroke patients after discharge were given continuous nursing based on Wechat platform,to explore the intervention effect of this nursing method on daily living ability and blood lipids of stroke patients.Methods 117 patients with stroke were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group(59 cases)and control group(58 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in control group were given routine continuity nursing,and on this basis,patients in observation group were given continuity nursing based on Wechat platform.The intervention time was 3 months.Daily living ability and blood lipid indexes were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,patients in observation group had a higher improvement in daily living ability than that in control group(P<0.05).The improvement of total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein in observation group were better than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing based on Wechat platform can effectively improve daily living ability and blood lipids of stroke patients after discharge,which promotes their early recovery.
