摘要
介绍了牛路岭水库及万泉河流域概况和历史防洪调度情况,基于201621号强台风“莎莉嘉”气象降雨及实时暴雨情况,对牛路岭水库防洪调度进行分析,初步采用气象-水文-水力耦合技术方案进行洪水预报、水库下游洪水风险分析和水库防洪调度决策。提高了水库入库洪水预报的精度、延长了预见期、最大程度减轻水库下游洪水灾害。
This paper introduces the general situations of reservoirs and river basins,as well as the historical flood dispatching situation. Based on current situations,an analysis of the flood dispatching of Niululing Reservoir based on the meteorological rainfall and real-time rainstorm of super typhoon“Sarika”No.201621 is provided. The meteorological-hydrological-hydraulic coupling technology is initially adopted to forecast the flood,to analyze the flood risk in the lower reaches of Niululing Reservoir and to make flood control decisions. It improves the accuracy of reservoir flood forecasting,prolong the forecasting period and reduce the flood disaster in the lower reaches of the reservoir.
