20.8万吨散货船锚机基座结构有限元强度分析 被引量:2

摘要 锚机基座区域的下加强结构是锚机在海上安全工作的有力支撑。根据CSR规范的建模规则和要求,建立了20.8万吨散货船锚机基座及其下加强结构的有限元模型,采用MSC.Patran建立局部有限元模型并按规范进行加载,利用MSC.Nastran计算了甲板上浪、锚机基座承受45%锚链破断力及挚链器受80%破断力3种工况下的基座结构强度。计算结果表明,该散货船锚机基座结构满足CSR规范的衡准要求,局部会出现应力集中的现象,设计时需要特别注意。本方法可以为今后开展船舶锚机基座设计与分析提供参考,所提供的计算分析方法及相应的经验可供相关设计人员借鉴。 The foundation structure in anchor windlass foundation area is a powerful support for anchor safety at sea. A finite element model of anchor windlass foundation and its underneath reinforcement structure of 208000 deadweight bulk carrier is established. According to the modeling rules and requirements of CSR rules, the local finite element model is established by MSC.Patran and loaded according to the rules. The structural strength of the anchor windlass foundation under three conditions, i.e. deck wave, 45% of anchor chain breaking force on the anchor foundation and 80% of chain breaking force on the chain stopper, is calculated by MSC.Nastran. The calculation results show that the structure of the anchor windlass foundation of the bulk carrier meets the requirements of the CSR rules, and the phenomenon of local stress concentration occurs, which requires special attention in design. This method can provide reference for the design and analysis of ship anchor windlass foundation in the future. The calculation and analysis methods and corresponding experience can be used for reference by relevant designers.
