基于典型个案的大学生“培训贷”问题研究

On the Problems and Countermeasures of College Students Encountering "Training Loan" Based on Classic Documentation

"培训贷"是打着培训和就业的幌子诱导大学生背负网络贷款的新形诈骗形式,使学生及其家庭蒙受了巨大的经济损失,给社会造成了恶劣影响。本文通过亲身经历的具体案例,阐述了"培训贷"及其特点,提出了对策及建议,为今后处理类似事件提供参考。

"Training loan" is a new form of fraud that induces college students to bear network loans under the guise of training and employment. It has caused huge economic losses to students and their families, and has a bad impact on society. In this paper, through the author’s own experience of classic documentation, elaborated on the "training loan" and its characteristics, put forward countermeasures and suggestions, for the future to deal with similar incidents to provide a reference.
