摘要
目的:构建"三阶梯"新护士技能培训方案,探索其在提高新护士临床护理技能中的应用效果.方法:组建新护士护理技能培训团队,根据培训内容、培训阶段、培训方式以及考核时间等制定培训方案并实施,使用随机抽考与必考相结合的护理技能实践考核办法,同时采用理论考试的方式对培训效果进行评价.结果:2016年至2018年共培训403名新入职护士,抽考项目与必考项目护理技能实践补考后合格率100%,技能培训理论考试首次合格率平均75.19%.结论:"三阶梯"培训方案可有效地提高新护士护理技能水平.
[Objective] To construct a "three-step" training program for skills operation of new nurses and explore its application in improving the clinical nursing skills of new nurses. [Method] A new nurse nursing skills training team was established. A training management system was built. Training program based on training content, training phase, training methods and assessment time, was developed. the training effect was examined with the method of skill operation theory assessment. [Result] A total of 403 newly admitted nurses were trained from 2016 to 2018. The pass rate of the test and the makeup nursing operation test was 100%. The first pass rate of skill operation training theory was 75.19%. [Conclusion] The "three-step" training program can effectively improve the level of care skills of new nurses.
