This paper expounds the importance of high quality development in the new era, analyzes on the present situation of the development of China's equipment manufacturing industry, insists on deepening the supply-side structural reform as the main line, and promotes the high quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry in the new era through "three goes, one reduction, one supplement", so as to realize the historical mission of revitalizing the national equipment industry.
