The coal industry will be affected by many factors in the actual development process, which will lead to a series of problems. Therefore, the relevant departments should fully analyze the development situation of coal economy and take scientific countermeasures to solve different problems, so as to ensure the normal operation of coal enterprises and further develop China's coal economy. This paper analyzes the development situation of coal economy, and puts forward some effective countermeasures in view of the problems existing in the process of coal economic development.
