摘要
为提高掘进巷道过断层期间顶板岩层的稳定性,以山西某矿8402工作面运输巷道地质条件为基础,对巷道过断层期间的顶板控制技术进行了研究。通过分析巷道原有支护系统的问题,提出了采用锚杆桁架+π型钢棚对破碎顶板进行控制的方法,并在现场进行了应用。现场实践结果表明,采取该措施后能够有效提升巷道围岩稳定性,提高巷道掘进过断层效率。
In order to improve the stability of roof rock strata during roadway crossing faults, the roof control technology during roadway crossing faults was studied based on the geological conditions of the transport roadway in 8402 working face of a mine in Shanxi Province. By analyzing the problems of the original supporting system of roadway, the method of controlling broken roof with bolt truss and PI steel shed is put forward, and it is applied in the field. Field practice results show that this measure can effectively enhance the stability of surrounding rock and improve the efficiency of roadway driving through faults.
