摘要 对于数控机床来说,电气控制系统的高效稳定运行,需要建立在全面的、多角度的三维诊断技术基础上,如此才能保证数控机床自动化的实现。为了减少数控机床中电气控制系统出现故障的频率,弄清相关的机床电气系统维护方法,从系统故障诊断的角度出发,分析了电气控制系统作为机床重要部件的故障诊断以及维护方法。 In order to reduce the frequency of faults in the electrical control system of CNC machine tools and to clarify the related machine maintenance methods, this paper discusses the fault diagnosis and maintenance methods of the electrical control system as an important part of the machine tool from the perspective of the cause of the system failure. For CNC machine tools, the efficient and stable operation of the electrical control system needs to be based on a comprehensive, multi-angle 3D diagnostic technology to ensure the automation of CNC machine tools.
