发电厂轴加风机定期切换过载跳闸原因分析及改造方案

摘要 为了解决机组运行中轴加风机定期切换时经常发生过载跳闸、轴加风机电机烧损的状况,对比多个电厂系统结构,分析跳闸的原因,经过简单的改造后,运行12个月,结果表明该改造方案经济实惠,隐患彻底消除。 In order to solve the problem of overload tripping and burning of fan-fed motor during the periodic switching of fan-fed shaft in unit operation. By comparing the system structures of several power plants, the reasons for tripping are analyzed. After simple modification, the system runs for 12 months. The results show that the system is economical and practical, and the hidden dangers are completely eliminated.
