COPD患者家庭氧疗现状调查及依从性影响因素分析

Investigation on current status of home oxygen therapy and factors influencing treatment adherence among patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的调查江苏省徐州市及周边地区慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者家庭氧疗的现状,探讨影响家庭氧疗的相关因素。方法采用便利抽样法,抽取徐州医科大学附属医院收治的COPD患者118例进行问卷调查。结果有效回收问卷112份。本组患者仅39(34.82%)例实施了家庭氧疗,能够坚持每日用氧≥15 h者仅7(17.95%)例。文化程度、病程、是否吸入药物以及疾病知识了解情况是影响家庭氧疗独立因素(P<0.05)。结论本地区家庭氧疗参与率低、依从性差,应注重从文化程度、病程、是否吸入药物以及疾病知识等相关影响因素制定针对性护理措施。

Objective To investigate the current status of home oxygen therapy among patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in Xuzhou and surrounding areas, and to discuss the factors influencing treatment adherence among patients. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to 118 COPD patients collected by using a convenience sampling method. Results A total of 112 valid questionnaires were collected. Of 122 patients, only 39(34.82%)cases received home oxygen therapy, and 7(17.95%)cases were strictly adhered to home oxygen therapy(≥15 h). The education levels, course of disease, inhalation therapy, knowledge about disease were independent factors influencing treatment adherence among COPD patients. Conclusion The findings showed a relative low-level participation of home oxygen therapy among COPD patients. It reminds the clinical workers to focus on the development of targeted nursing measures according to the patient's condition and related influencing factors.
