提高精神疾病住院患者用药知识知晓率的品管圈实践

Using quality control circle to improve the awareness of adherence to medication among hospitalized patients with mental disorders

目的探讨品管圈活动在提高精神疾病住院患者用药知识知晓率中的应用效果。方法运用品管圈对精神科封闭病房住院患者用药知识知晓情况进行质量分析,提出改进措施,并对实施品管圈活动前和活动后患者用药知识知晓状况进行比较。结果品管圈活动实施前和实施后分别调查97例和85例住院患者。精神科封闭病房住院患者药物知识知晓率由活动前的29.90%提高到实施后的52.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用品管圈质量改进工具可以提高精神疾病住院患者用药知晓率。

Objective To improve the awareness of adherence to medication among hospitalized patients with mental disorders by using quality control circle(QCC)activities. Methods A QCC group was set up to investigate the awareness of adherence to medication among hospitalized patients with mental disorders. Improvement measures were carried out, and patients' awareness of adherence to medication was evaluated and compared before and after implementation of QCC activities. Results The questionnaire survey was conducted to 97 hospitalized patients before implementation of QCC and 85 hospitalized patients after implementation of QCC. The awareness rate of medication adherence was increased from 29.90% before implementation of QCC activities to 52.94% after implementation of QCC activities. Conclusion The QCC is an effective management tool, which can improve the awareness of adherence to medication in patients with mental disorders.
