激励式护理干预在学龄期儿童口鼻呼出气一氧化氮测定中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨运用激励式护理干预提升学龄期儿童口鼻呼出气一氧化氮同步测定依从性的效果。方法选取门诊就诊及住院诊断为支气管哮喘患儿81例,随机分为观察组40例和对照组41例。患儿均首次进行呼出气一氧化氮检测,对照组给予常规指导,观察组在对照组基础上增加激励式护理干预。对比2组口呼出气一氧化氮测定、鼻呼出气一氧化氮测定一次成功率,记录测试时间。结果口测定一次成功率对照组为36.59%(15/41),低于观察组的60.00%(24/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);鼻测定一次成功率对照组为41.50%(17/41),低于观察组的65.00%(26/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组测定时间平均(2.16±0.97)min,对照组平均(3.38±0.70)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激励式护理干预能缓解患儿紧张的情绪,提高口鼻呼出气一氧化氮同步测定的配合度。 Objective To investigate the effect of a motivational nursing intervention in measurement of exhaled nitric oxide among school-aged children. Methods Totally 81 school-aged children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=41). All children received routine care and guidance for measurement of exhaled nitric oxide, and those in the observation group were given a motivational nursing intervention. The one-time success rates of factional exhaled nitric oxide and nasal nitric oxide, duration of measurement were observed and compared between two groups. Results The one-time success rate of factional exhaled nitric oxide was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(60.00% vs. 36.59%, P<0.05). The one-time success rate of nasal nitric oxide was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(65.00% vs. 41.50%, P<0.05). The duration of measurement was shorter in the observation group than that in the control group(3.38±0.70 min vs. 2.16±0.97, P<0.05). Conclusion The motivational nursing intervention can improve the compliance of school-aged children with measurement of exhaled nitric oxide.
