摘要
目的探讨微课联合翻转课堂教学模式在危重症专科护士临床实践技能培训中的应用效果。方法将2017年度采用传统培训模式进行培训的护理学员23名设为对照组,将2018年度采用微课联合翻转课堂教学模式培训的护理学员23名设为观察组。比较2组操作成绩和个案分析成绩,观察2组对教学模式的评价及满意度。结果培训后,观察组操作考核及个案分析成绩均高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组对教学模式的评价较高,且护理学员学习过程、学习方式、学习成果、学习环境、人际关系方面评分及总均分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论微课联合翻转课堂教学模式可以提高ICU专科护士技能操作和个案分析能力,还可以提升专科护士分析解决问题的能力及团队合作意识。
Objective To investigate the effect of flipped classroom combined with micro-lecture in training of clinical practice skills for ICU specialist nurses. Methods A total of 46 specialist(n=23 in the control group, n=23 in the observation group)nurses were selected as training subjects. The routine training method was used in the control group, and a combined teaching program with the flipped classroom and micro-lecture was adopted in the observation. The assessment outcomes of practice skills and case analysis were compared between two groups. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the teaching efficacy and degree of satisfaction among nurses. Results Nurses in the observation group achieved higher scores in practice skills and case analysis assessment compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). ICU specialist nurses in the observation group considered the flipped classroom and micro-lecture as effectively method in training of clinical practice skills, and gave higher scores on learning process, learning method, learning outcomes, learning environment, interpersonal relationship compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Application of flipped classroom combined with micro-lecture is potentially effective to improve the specialist nurses ‘theoretical knowledge, practice skills, problem-solving ability and consciousness about teamwork among ICU specialist nurses.
