省级农科院参与“一带一路”建设的思考——以江苏省农业科学院为例

Consideration on Participation of Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences in the Construction of "the Belt and Road", Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a Case

第二届"一带一路"国际合作高峰论坛的召开,为农业对外合作注入了新的发展动能,科技是引领发展的第一动力,推进以应用研究为主要任务的各省级农科院参与"一带一路"建设具有重要的现实意义。文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,介绍了该院与"一带一路"沿线国家开展合作的优势、主要目标和主要内容,重点介绍了开展合作的三大重点工程,并从明确责任分工、申报合作项目、制定配套政策等方面提出了促进江苏省农业科学院与"一带一路"沿线国家开展合作的保障举措。

The Second "the Belt and Road" Forum for International Cooperation holds a new development momentum for agricultural worldwide cooperation. Science and technology are the first driving force leading development. It is of great practical significance for all Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences to participate in the construction of "the Belt and Road". Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case, the advantages, main objectives and main contents of participation in "the Belt and Road" cooperation were introduced in the paper. The three major projects to carry out "the Belt and Road" cooperation were emphatically identified. In addition, in order to ensure faster and better participation in the construction of "the Belt and Road", suggestions were put forward, i.e., make clear of the task, apply cooperation programs, and set related policy.
